At Northern Roots Travel, we are committed to providing a secure, transparent and straightforward payment process.

All payments are processed using trusted payment providers and handled with the highest level of security.

Booking Deposit

To confirm your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required.

Your booking becomes confirmed only after the deposit has been successfully received and you receive a written booking confirmation from Northern Roots Travel.

Deposit requirements may vary depending on the selected journey and will always be clearly stated before payment.

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days before departure, unless otherwise specified for your selected journey.

Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.

Failure to complete the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Additional payment options may become available depending on your country of residence.

Currency

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

If another currency is offered, this will be clearly specified during the booking process.

Exchange rates and bank charges applied by your financial institution remain the responsibility of the traveller

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment has been received, you will receive:

  • Payment Confirmation

  • Booking Confirmation

  • Payment Receipt

Your reservation is only considered confirmed after:

✔ Deposit or full payment has been received

✔ Availability has been confirmed

✔ You receive an official Booking Confirmation email from Northern Roots Travel

Bank Transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, our banking information will be provided after your booking request has been reviewed and confirmed.
